TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

When the time came to sell our home and move on to a new phase in our lives, after our now adult children had moved out, we thought it would be the easies thing in the world.

We love our house and have considered it the quintessential home, complete with European heirlooms, cozy lighting, lots of family photos and so on. There would definitely be a “bidding war” whenever we put this wonderful home up for sale!! Well, that WAS our opinion – it has changed......

The rude awakening came via a friend and neighbor who is a Professional Stager. It also came via feedback from potential buyers and real estate agents who had the audacity to complain about our beautifully wallpapered rooms among other things!!! Here we were setting the stage for each showing by proudly displaying all the family photos, turning on warm soft lights, etc., etc, awaiting the arrival of multiple offers.

Enter Kim Abraham on the scene to our rescue....

She had a lengthy room by room consultation with us and we, at last, saw the clarity of it all. Three to four days after the final coat of paint was on the walls and we had carried out her instructions, we had our first offer!

Needless to say, we highly recommend Kim to anybody who would like a quick and simple sale of their home.
